Defense

Issue and Position Statement

Absolute top priority - extreme and intelligent effort must be put into the defense of the United States of America.

Recent events have illustrated to thinking individuals the need for a three pronged campaign to defend the United States of America.  This campaign must include the following points:

  The traditional military must be kept strong.  There are national governments that may think of attacking American interests - they must be shown the folly of such thinking.

  The United States must become deeply involved in a formal International Police Force. Terrorists and criminals are best tracked down by the police.  An organization must be empowered to hunt them down and bring them to justice - they must be shown the certainty of capture and punishment.

  The United States must become more deeply involved in eliminating hopeless poverty from the planet.  The desperation of poverty with out hope drives some to support terrorism as a method of change - they must be shown a better way.

America can be a safe place for the children and the world a better place for them to live - it will take the commitment and work of a great many thinking individuals - but it will Make America Better.
